BenePhilly seeks to connect low-income Philadelphians with the benefits they deserve. At the BenePhilly Centers, applicants learn about the benefits available to them, as well as critical supports available through community-based organizations. 


To be eligible, individuals and families must be any one of or a combination of the following:   low income, senior citizen, or disabled.

  • Food Vouchers (PCA-Seniors)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Unemployment Insurance
